Abstract

Con base en una revisión de datos de terrenos en uno de los principales portales en línea de oferta inmobiliaria (M3), se detectó que para diciembre de 2020 había 112 ofertas de terrenos que sumaban un total de 320,355 metros cuadrados, lo anterior manifiesta dentro del mercado privado “formal” y con la búsqueda de una muestra reducida, opciones que reflejan oportunidades para inversionistas, debido a su localización en las alcaldías centrales de la ciudad, no obstante, esta oferta no nece...
